Although salsa is a Mexican sauce that is used as a relish, Indians are now open to new flavours and tastes and love this dish which can be served as a fresh chutney on the side.

Ingredients:

1 tin of tomatoes or 4-6 fresh tomatoes, chopped
1 Chilli or a big pinch of chilli powder
Half a large onion or 3-4 spring onions, washed and chopped
A Few drops of Balsamic Vinegar
Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl. Cover and refrigerate.
