Ingredients:

2 tbsp vegetable oil

4 skinless and boneless chicken breasts, chopped into 2cm pieces

Homemade karahi curry sauce

Coriander leaves for garnish

Preparation:
Heat the oil in a wok or heavy-based pan and tip in the chicken. Fry on a medium heat for 8-10 minutes till the chicken is golden brown on the outside. Add the karahi curry sauce and simmer for 2-3 minutes. Garnish with coriander. Serve with parathas.
